If your purchase wasn’t processed correctly, we can help by submitting a claim directly with the merchant providing you give us some information. If after 5 days your transaction hasn’t processed as pending, simply complete the missing points claim form.

We’ll add a pending purchase to your account and submit your claim with the merchants. All merchants have their own timelines to review claims but we expect the merchants to investigate and respond within 120 days. To ensure your shopping transactions are successful and earning you points, make sure you follow the best practice guidelines listed under FAQs.

How can I create a Radisson Rewards account?

You can create a Radisson Rewards account for free by enrolling in the program directly at our hotels during your stay, on our website, or by getting in touch with Member Services.

You can log in to your account by clicking on the Sign in button on the top right corner of the homepage. Use your email or Radisson Rewards number with the configured password to access your account. You can update your password at any moment.

If you are already a member, click on "Activate your account" on the Sign in page or contact Member Services via the Contact Us page.

To reset your password, simply log in to your account and go to your personal information section. Here you will be able to set up a new password for your account. If you forgot your password and are unable to connect to your account, you can request to reset your password.

If you cannot access your account, please verify your credentials are correct or call Member Services for assistance. Be sure to have your 16-digit Radisson Rewards number available.

How do I start shopping and earning?

Please follow these steps:

  • Access https://rewardsshop.radissonhotels.com/ and make sure you're signed in to your Radisson account.
  • Choose a merchant you want to shop with and click the 'Shop Now' button.
  • Remember, you must sign in and click through to the merchant's site from Radisson every time you shop for us to track your points.
  • You must enable your Internet browser cookies, disable “Prevent cross-site tracking” and turn off Ad-block extension.
  • You must accept the merchant site cookies to be sure your points are awarded to your Account.

No. You must be a Radisson Member to earn points.

No you will not spend any more by using our site – and you'll get the benefit of earning points. It's the same price as shopping directly with the merchants however by using our site you can earn points on every purchase. And our service is totally free.

Many merchants deduct postage and packing charges and the tax elements of a sale, before calculating how many points you earn.

  • It takes up to 5 working days for a purchase to display as 'Pending'.
  • It may be that the web browser used at the time of purchase had cookies disabled. Cookies allow us to track your purchase – without them there's no way for the system to allocate points to your Account.

Here are some best practice guidelines to help make sure you receive your points:

  • Make sure you login at https://rewardsshop.radissonhotels.com/ using your Radisson Membership Number and Password and click on the 'Shop Now' button to access a merchant.
  • Complete your purchase online, all in one session.
  • If you decide after check out that you want to purchase something else, close the merchant site window and start the process again from the site at https://rewardsshop.radissonhotels.com/.
  • Don't retrieve previously-saved items in your shopping cart; start completely from scratch.
  • Don't click on another banner or website promoting the merchant before you complete your transaction. If you must visit another site before completing your purchase, please use a different browser to do so. Interrupting the browser session that you started can affect tracking.
  • Don't use a promotional discount voucher other than those displayed on the website, doing so may cause the referral to come from the code issuer rather than the website.
  • Don't use "refer a friend" programs, again this changes the referrer from the website to a different party.
  • Telephoning the merchant to complete or modify your order will likely over-ride the Radisson Website referral (and therefore your points).
  • Increasingly some advert blocking software programs are blocking the special tracking codes we need to track your purchases.
  • Installing any browser extension of other reward sites (e.g. loyalty, cashback, coupon sites) could cause your purchase being invalid.

Each merchant will need to review the transaction details you have provided us (Name, Address, Radisson Number, Order value, Order Number) and determine if this is a valid sale. Most merchants review all missing transactions in detail and it can take up to 90 days for a merchant to contact us about and confirm your purchase.Why have my points been cancelled?

Your points can be cancelled for a number of reasons. The most common are:

  • You have returned the products you purchased to the merchant
  • Your payment failed or you didn't meet the requirements of the merchants credit check
  • Your new registration has not been deemed genuine
  • Your last click with this merchant didn't come from this site
  • Your transaction didn't meet the merchants Terms and Conditions

Sorry no, we're unable to retroactively allocate points. The next time you shop, always visit the merchant's website via the Radisson Radisson Website at https://rewardsshop.radissonhotels.com/ so that cookies can track your visit and we can allocate points.

  • When you buy something, the transaction will appear in your Radisson Transaction History as 'Pending' within 5 working days.

The Radisson Website will clearly outline how many points you'll earn. In most cases, this will be expressed as a number of points earned per Euro or your local currency spent.

  • For example, if a merchant is offering 2 points per Euro spent, and your transaction total is EUR 50, you can expect to receive 100 points.
  • In another example, you may not earn points per Euro spent, but rather certain number of points for a single purchase, or by registering for a service with that merchant. In this instance, you'll receive points for that one action, but not for subsequent actions or purchases on that merchant's site.

It's our merchants who decide the level of points given for shopping with them.

You can cancel purchases and get a refund in the usual way that you would do direct with the merchant. However, you will not earn points for any cancelled or refunded sales.

From time to time merchants may decide they no longer wish to participate in Radisson Website and fund points for our Members. When this happens, we bid them a fond farewell and remove them from our listings.

Are my personal details safe?

Your personal info is kept completely confidential.

Radisson will not share any personal information about you with our merchants. However please note though that when you click a 'Shop Now' link to a merchant, you will leave the Radisson environment completely and be subject to that merchant's Terms & Conditions. If you leave your details with a merchant, they may contact you.

A cookie is a small piece of data used by web servers to help identify web users. Cookies can be turned on and off by you at any time in your web browser menu. Cookies allow Radisson to award your points for any transactions with merchants.

We use cookies to track transactions so that we can award points to your Radisson Account for any purchases made with our merchants.

How it works is that a piece of code on our merchants' websites records your unique ID number and transaction, and then passes that back to us. We then use this to match it back to your details so we can allocate points to your Account.

In Internet Explorer, you open up the browser then:

  • go to "Tools",
  • select "Options",
  • under "Privacy" move the settings slider to "Medium" or lower,
  • hit "Ok."

In Firefox, you open up the browser then:

  • go to "Tools"
  • select "Options"
  • under "Privacy", select "Accept cookies from sites",
  • hit "Ok."

In Safari, you open up the browser then:

  • go to "Edit",
  • select "Preferences",
  • under the "Security" tab in the "Allow Cookies" section, select "Only sites you navigate to",
  • hit "Ok."

In Konqueror 3 and 4 (for Linux):

  • select "Configure Konqueror" from the "Settings" menu,
  • in the new Configure Konqueror menu, find and select 'Cookies' from the left side menu (you might need to scroll down the list a bit), to enable,
  • Select "Automatically accept session cookies",
  • hit "Ok."
