    Only Radisson Rewards members can make purchases to earn points and redeem them for flights, hotel stays, and more.

    • Always log in to your account every time you shop to ensure your points are awarded. Remember to use your membership number and password to log in.

  3. Always click through from the Radisson Hotels website.

    To earn Points, you must log in and click through from the Radisson Hotels website to the merchant’s site every time you shop. This ensures purchases are tracked correctly, validated, and points are awarded to your account.

  4. How the shopping experience works.

    Cookies track your path from Radisson Hotels to the merchant’s website. This allows us to validate your purchase and award your points. If cookies are not enabled, we cannot track or award points to your account. For more details, see the FAQs.

  5. How the shopping experience works.

    • Log in and click through to the merchant’s site to shop.
    • Browse the Radisson Hotels website and choose a merchant.
    • Complete your purchase. Please note that the merchant’s Terms & Conditions will apply.
    • Your transaction will appear in your Radisson Rewards account as “Pending” within 5 business days.
    • Once the retailer confirms the purchase, the status will change to “Approved” and your points will be awarded.

  6. Check how many points you will earn before you shop.

    Earning rates vary by retailer. Each retailer’s points rate is clearly displayed on the website before you shop.
