Effective from 13 January 2025, the stated reward is only applicable to new customers of Mytheresa Hong Kong, existing customers of Mytheresa Hong Kong will earn a lower reward.
From 8 January 2025 to 12 January 2025, Stated reward is only applicable to Full Price Items. Purchasing Sale Items will earn a lower reward.
From 19 December 2024 to 7 January 2025, the stated reward is only applicable to new customers of Mytheresa Hong Kong, existing customers of Mytheresa Hong Kong will earn a lower reward.
Effective from December 09 2024, no reward will be eligible for the following brands: ON, ON Kids
Effective from April 30 2024, no reward will be eligible for the following brands: Adidas, Adidas Kids, New Balance, New Balance Kids, Nike, Nike Kids.
For exchanged orders and if you would like to submit a missing transaction claim, please provide all supporting documents including original order confirmation and exchanged order confirmation.
If orders are deemed to be not genuine personal customers' orders no rewards will be given.
